About the event

Lonely at the top?

Not anymore. From Wednesday, March 13, through Saturday, March 16, we offer a highly interactive course in Sint Maarten (Holland House Beach Hotel) designed for experienced and future Chairs of (Supervisory) Boards. The course is by invitation-only and tailor-made.

For four days (5-hour sessions), we offer a pleasant and natural alternation of insightful components, peer interaction with other Chairs, learning, and practising core skills. The confidentiality within the small group (12 participants) guarantees a maximum exchange of ideas, experiences, knowledge, and wisdom. The course has role-plays, group work, and plenty of opportunities to discuss your experiences and dilemmas as a (future) Chair. The program will be concluded with a certificate.

Course

Chairs of (supervisory) boards learn to improve their performance as Chair and how to improve their (supervisory) boards’ performance. The course focuses on the position of a Chair and the challenges that come with that. The course leaders (all highly experienced and skilled academics/business leaders) are seasoned (former) Chairs of boards and supervisory boards. They know how it works and bring tangible insights and feedback to the discussion.

Participants get admission to an individual, electronic personal learning platform with all relevant elements in the program.
